When you make a payment, your card details are handled directly by Stripe, our payment provider; Aura Snow Trips never accesses or stores your card number. If you interact with our ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or complete a contact form from these platforms, we may also receive basic contact details and information about your interaction with the ad, in line with your privacy settings on Meta.
We use your data to respond to your enquiries, manage bookings and payments, send you information related to your trip, and, where there is a legal basis for it, to improve and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Meta.
